Hygiene First Fast Resolution Fair Handling

1) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or partially used diaper packs
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Clearance items marked “final sale” (unless defective)

2) Eligible Cases

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size
  • The item is damaged during delivery (on arrival)
  • The product is defective upon receipt

3) Timeframe & Proof

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

4) Resolution

After review, we may provide:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Refund to original payment method (where applicable)
  • Store credit (depending on situation and availability)
