1) Delivery Areas
We deliver within Malaysia. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times depending on courier coverage.
2) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3) Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on destination and courier performance. Delays may happen during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.
4) Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped so you can follow the delivery status.
5) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6) Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
